Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The WadMaster Affiliate Program allows users to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% commission on the first payment made by referred users for paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro). Commission is calculated on the subscription amount excluding taxes and fees.

• Starter Plan (₦1,000/month): ₦100 commission
• Pro Plan (₦2,500/month): ₦250 commission

3. Payment Terms

Commission payments are processed on request for affiliates with a minimum balance of ₦1,000. Payments are made via bank transfer to the account details provided in your account settings dashboard. Processing may take upto 2 business days.

4. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked through unique referral links provided in your affiliate dashboard. Referred users must sign up using your referral link and complete their first paid subscription for commission eligibility.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program:

• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts
• Spam marketing or unsolicited emails
• Misleading or false advertising about WadMaster
• Trademark or copyright infringement
• Paid search advertising on WadMaster brand terms

6. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates must represent WadMaster accurately and professionally. All marketing materials must comply with applicable laws and regulations. WadMaster reserves the right to review and approve marketing materials upon request.

7. Program Termination

WadMaster reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commission earnings. WadMaster will provide necessary documentation for tax reporting purposes.
